ORDER

• We accept payments via Razor pay payment gateway.
• After the payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. 

SHIPPING

• Standard shipping charge is ₹99 pan India.
• Orders will be prepared and shipped within 2-3 working days.
• The average delivery time is 7-10 days depending on your location and other factors like Covid restrictions, calamities etc.
• We use Shiprocket's shipping service to ship out orders therefore, you'll be receiving all the updates of your order via text and email provided by you.
• Incase of delay, you can contact the service provider or reach out to us via Instagram or Whatsapp.

RETURNS

• No returns, exchange or cancellations will be accepted post confirmation.
• All the necessary details including size, measurements, colour, defect, etc. will be mentioned in the item description so always check that before ordering.
• Most of our pieces are in excellent condition but incase there is any imperfection, it will be mentioned in the product description.
• Even after the thorough check, if you receive a faulty item, let us know within 7 days upon receiving and we will either exchange it or give you a full refund.
• To start a return, email us at musingthreads22@gmail.com and send us an image of the defect along with your Order ID. Once the return request is accepted, we'll arrange for a pickup and initiate the refund after it's come back to the warehouse.
